Our fee is a percentage of the money we collect for you, payable only when your property is rented.

Owner services
Income can be deposit directly into owner bank account.
DDH Realty uses accounting software to accurately supply owners with a statement of their income and expenses on a monthly basis and will provide year end statement for your accountant. This software has been evaluated and found to substantially comply with the provisions of the Commission’s Rules and Trust Account Guidelines.
Tenant Application Process
DDH Realty, LLC has a thorough application approval process at no cost to you, including:
Credit Reports, Criminal History, Employment and Income Verification, Eviction History
Rental References from current and previous landlords
Rent is collected at our office
Late notices are promptly delivered by mail and/or in person
We handle the eviction process if needed
A report with the Credit Bureau can be filed for money owed with a court judgment.
Leasing
Detailed leases, maintenance agreement, additional guidelines and other supplements are used to protect owners, the property and the investment.
Contract and Repair Services
DDH Realty, LLC maintains relationships with various licensed, insured contractors who provide property maintenance services. Ask about our personal in-house services that no other company provides.
